Mina is Principle of the Marketing Science Team. Her group supports modeling and statistical analysis for the Custom Research Division.


Mina has a Ph.D. in Quantitative Psychology specialized in Modeling of Human Judgment and Decision Making Process. She has 10+ years of experience in Custom Market Research. Her key areas of expertise include:


  • Modeling choice behaviors in interactive applications to facilitate winning business decision making.
  • Development of reliable segmentation solutions to aid efficient targeting of customers
  • New methodologies for precise forecasting
  • Creating models with high predictability of customer satisfaction and loyalty by use of finite mixture modeling

Mina has kept current with cutting edge market research advancements, recently presenting joint studies on choice modeling and Means-End Chain segmentation at The Advanced Research Forum and at the UCLA Marketing Science Conference and publishing papers with researchers at Department of Psychology at Ohio State and Ohio University.
