Meredith joined Momentum in 2005 as a Research Director on the Microsoft account team and was recently promoted to Principal. With nearly fifteen years of experience, Meredith has a highly versatile background conducting both qualitative and quantitative research in a variety of IT-related fields, including servers, networked storage, IT security, PC applications, and online services.


She has managed many large-scale, complex studies covering multiple geographies that involve advanced analytical approaches such as segmentation, market sizing, and choice modeling. She has also moderated a number of focus groups and one-on-one depth interviews across a variety of audiences and technologies, and enjoys studies that leverage both qualitative and quantitative techniques.


Prior to joining MMI, Meredith worked as a research director and senior researcher at Gartner, after beginning her career at MORPACE International as a research analyst. Meredith earned an MBA with honors from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, Michigan State University, and a BA from The University of Michigan.
