Ben Kim-Gervey, Ph.D. Senior Partner

A social/cognitive psychologist specializing in the ways in which people seek out and integrate information, Ben has over 15 years of experience designing, analyzing and delivering custom research and consulting for a diverse range of clients, including pharmaceutical, healthcare, media, technology, financial services and telecommunications firms, as well as the public sector.
Utilizing advanced quantitative and qualitative methods, Ben’s focus has been on segmentation, new product evaluation, communications, persuasion, pricing, benchmarking/tracking brand health and vitality, identifying growth and expansion opportunities, and modeling advertising impact and brand strategy research.
Prior to joining MMI, Ben was the Quantitative Research Director at Hall and Partners Healthcare in NY, and International Divisional Director at Martin Hamblin GfK. Ben was also on staff At NYU, where he taught undergraduate and masters courses in both the Psychology and Research/Statistics domains.
Ben holds a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University, and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Statistics, Social/Cognitive & Personality Psychology from New York University.
